I want to go to Maldives, to Kaafu but I just wanted to know the cost and the standard of living there.. I've saved enough money i think to be able to afford such a place... i also need to have a list of hospitals there.. i suffer from acute gout and sometimes i can't deal with the pain. of course, i've looked on the internet but found only an empty pharmacy directory , maybe some maldives natives can help me!! please.. look at how beautiful the place is :
